Flow through a Kripalu style heart-opening vinyasa practice, experience essential oils (aromatherapy), follow along to an easy yet powerful mantra meditation, learn self-massage (abhyanga) right on your mat, then connect fully in deep guided meditation (30 minute Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra).
Come reawaken and connect to your true nature, and leave feeling more empowered and inspired to live a life from a place of love. Kimberly is leading some of her favorite ancient healing techniques from the Kripalu lineage. Incorporating movement, sight, smell, sound, taste, stillness and even silence, experience ways to tap into more joy and self-love. And take with you the knowledge to continue to lead with heart and observe from a place of love and compassion.
Please bring a yoga mat and a blanket (and a pillow if you would like one for meditation). Please wear comfortable clothes for movement practice.
