As you lie down to practice a 45-minute Chakra Balancing Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra practice, accompanied by sound healing, it may feel at times as if you are sleeping, but studies have shown your consciousness is actually functioning at a deeper level of awareness, allowing you the opportunity to deeply relax, restore and heal. In fact, ‘yoga nidra,’ translated to “yogic sleep,” is far from taking a nap. Yoga nidra is effective, powerful and highly sought after for its profound healing and stress reduction abilities. Expect to leave this workshop feeling more calm, clear and relaxed.
Please bring: a yoga mat, blanket and a pillow if you’d like. Wear comfortable clothing to practice movement and wear layers to keep warm. Beginners welcome.
