Meditation helps to calm, steady the mind and allows you to tune into your innate wisdom, compassion and confidence.  Come learn what’s possible by experiencing easy yet powerful meditation techniques from the Kripalu lineage.

You can expect to:

  • Discover powerful meditation techniques

  • Combine deep meditation with movement and breath work

  • Troubleshoot ways for overcoming obstacles

  • Leave knowing how to incorporate meditation into daily life

Come and explore meditation and open the door to living a life more fully present and connected. 

Please bring:  a journal, yoga mat and meditation pillow (if you would like one for meditation).  Wear comfortable clothing for movement practice and layers to keep warm.
