Kripalu yoga offers techniques to quiet the mind, connect with breath, become aware of the present moment, to let go, open the heart, accept whatever arises and to observe yourself with love and compassion. You will first learn to take what you’ve experienced off the yoga mat and integrate skills into daily life. With continuous practice, you may discover an even greater shift in perspective.
Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra is one of the most accessible forms of yoga that incorporates the ancient techniques of yoga nidra and includes Kripalu yoga core methodologies and yoga therapy components. Designed for today’s modern student, this guided meditation practice allows you the space to deeply relax, restore, and connect to your inner self.
