My Journey.

The first time I practiced Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra, I knew instantly that it worked for me! The feeling of weightlessness coupled with profound peace touched something deep within me that made me feel whole again. I didn’t know all of its intricacies, or exactly what it was, but I knew I had found a powerful practice I wanted to lead.

I discovered Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra at Kripalu Yoga & Health during my first Kripalu Yoga Teacher Training. Shortly after graduating as a Kripalu Yoga Teacher, I was able to complete my Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra Teacher Training with its creator, Jennifer Reis.

I now guide sessions privately, in studios, wellness shops and in businesses. Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra continues to be a healing practice in my own life. My hope is that it becomes one in yours too.

Although it may appear or feel that you are sleeping your consciousness is actually functioning at a deeper level of awareness which allows you the space to deeply relax, restore and heal.

Everyone and everyBODY can practice Divine Sleep! Regardless of age, health condition, religion or level of yoga experience, this fun and easy guided meditation practice can be enjoyed and practiced by all. Simply lie down, breathe, become as comfortable as you can and allow yourself to truly rest. Oh, and listen to the sound of my voice!
